There are badminton clubs throughout Wales, and still more badminton courts available for hire in local leisure and community centres. Coaching is available and clubs cater for all skill levels. Community centres will have equipment for you to hire at little cost – so you’ve no excuse not to give it a go!
The sport’s governing body in Wales is Welsh Badminton Cymru. You’ll find loads of info about the sport and how to get involved at their website – details below. Of course, you could just phone your local community centre, hire a court and see if you’re a natural… Remember to bring a friend though, badminton on your own can get a bit boring…
