What services does your agency offer?
Support to young people as they strive to end their substance misuse. This consists of 25hours per week for 11 weeks. The three-phased programme consists of:
- An intensive assessment to determine the core strengths and needs of the individual
- A core curriculum which includes Me, Myself and Others; Anger Management; PSHE; Citizenship and World of Work
- The transitions phase which is a mainstream placement that looks at stability and personal responsibility for the young person as they enter education, training or employment. This is followed up by support and guidance once the course has finished.
