What services does your agency offer?
Ffynnon is a specialist tenancy support service for men and women who are addressing a substance misuse problem.
Who can contact your agency?
Ffynnon currently can only support tenants of its three partnership agencies, Charter, Gwerin and Glamorgan and Gwent Housing Associations. However, applications are available from all parties who are homeless, in hostels or temporary accommodation.
What age range of clients does your agency provide a service to?
All those with alcohol or drug issues. 18 plus.

All of Newport.
What happens when someone first contacts you?
We invite them for an informal chat and tell them what we can and cannot do.
Does your agency provide prescriptions?
No
Does your agency offer residential care?
We can act as an after-care service from residential care. We strive to help people manage to maintain independence.
