Keep safe – always use seat belts in cars and buses (if available) because accidents are a big cause of injury and death
Keep off cigarettes, drugs and alcohol – these cause many deaths and age you faster.
Exercise – get lots of it – swimming, cycling or even walking – and keep it up when you get older. Exercise will prolong your life, keep you fit and slim.
Eat a healthy diet – 5+ servings of fruit and vegetables a day – these will supply you with the vitamins and nutrients to keep you healthy and fight off illnesses.
Don’t forget your brain – exercise this also – do crosswords, read, play chess, sudoku – use it or lose it!!
